This FREE, SEPTA-sponsored parent workshop is structured as a series of 90-minute sessions over 5 weeks and moderated by Inspire Inc. An important part of the Inspire Inc mission is to connect families and individuals with excellent resources that support mental and emotional wellness. Strong family communication and the ability to manage stress constructively within the family are key elements of this series.
